David Krakowoski, LCSW
I received my Master’s Degree from Columbia School of Social Work and have been providing mental health counseling to adult clients in diverse treatment settings. I have intensive training in treating stress, anxiety, OCD, and depression. I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each client. I most commonly draw on my expertise in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Self-Compassion Therapy, and Schema Therapy. I integrate skills-based and experiential approaches.
My therapy room is an open, warm, and nonjudgmental environment, where clients can express themselves without fear and feel validated and supported. I help my clients gain insight into themselves, including their fears, ambitions, values, and strengths and how to direct them all towards achieving the life they want to live.
